1. General Refund Policy

Once work has started on a project, payments are generally non-refundable because resources, development time, design work, and other project activities may already have been committed.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  • Work already completed

  • The agreed project scope

  • Third-party costs

  • The reason for cancellation

  • The specific payment terms agreed with the client

Where applicable, any refund will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

2. Vira Straight Site — 7-Day Website Service

Vira Straight Site is our fast website development service designed to deliver a professional website straight in 7 days.

Before development begins, clients should provide the required business information, content, images, branding materials, and other necessary details.

Before Work Begins

If you request cancellation before development or design work has started, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to any applicable administrative or third-party costs.

After Work Begins

Once website design or development has started, payments are generally non-refundable because work and resources have already been committed to the project.

Client Delays

The 7-day delivery target depends on the client providing required materials and feedback on time.

Delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, additional requirements, or lack of access may extend the delivery timeline and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

3. Website Development & Redesign

For custom website development, redesign, or other development projects:

  • Payments for completed work are generally non-refundable.

  • Cancellation after development begins may not qualify for a full refund.

  • Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional payment.

  • Approved or completed milestones may be non-refundable.

Any project-specific refund terms agreed in writing will take precedence.

4. SEO & Digital Marketing Services

SEO and digital marketing services involve ongoing work and strategy.

Payments for services already performed are generally non-refundable.

We do not provide refunds based solely on:

  • Search engine rankings

  • Website traffic

  • Number of leads

  • Sales

  • Conversions

  • Advertising performance

  • Return on investment

5. Google Ads & Advertising Costs

Advertising budgets paid directly to Google or other advertising platforms are separate from VikramMarketing service fees.

Once advertising funds have been spent by a third-party platform, VikramMarketing cannot guarantee or provide a refund for those third-party charges.

Third-party advertising costs are subject to the policies and refund procedures of the relevant platform.

6. Social Media & Content Services

For social media management, content creation, content marketing, and similar services, work may begin immediately after payment or approval.

Once content, strategy, campaign planning, or other services have been performed, the related service fees are generally non-refundable.

7. Website Maintenance

Payments for completed website maintenance, updates, technical support, or other maintenance work are generally non-refundable.

If a maintenance subscription or recurring service is cancelled, the cancellation will normally apply to future billing periods rather than work already completed.

8. Third-Party Costs

Payments made to third-party providers may include:

  • Domain registration

  • Web hosting

  • Premium plugins

  • Themes

  • Stock assets

  • Software licenses

  • Email services

  • Advertising platforms

  • Payment processing fees

  • Other third-party services

These costs may be non-refundable once purchased or consumed.

9. Client Cancellation

If you wish to cancel a project, you must contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellation requests should include:

  • Service purchased

  • Order or project details

  • Reason for cancellation

We will review the request based on the project status and applicable terms.

10. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed through the original payment method where reasonably possible.

If you believe that a delivered service does not substantially match the agreed project scope, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery.

We will first attempt to resolve the issue through reasonable corrections, revisions, or other appropriate solutions before considering a refund.

Purchasing our services does not guarantee a specific level of:

  • Revenue

  • Sales

  • Leads

  • Search rankings

  • Advertising performance

  • Social media growth

  • Return on investment

Results vary based on business conditions, competition, budget, market demand, customer behavior, and other factors.

13. Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, VikramMarketing may review a refund request outside the standard policy.

Any exception is made at our discretion and does not create an ongoing obligation to provide similar refunds in future cases.
